Day 7 - xxth May 2024/h2>

11:45 to 1:00 - Introduction to extended ROentgen Survey with an Imaging Telescope Array (eROSITA)

Presenter: Andrea Merloni (MPE)

  • Highlights from the all-sky survey
  • Cluster cosmology and their significance
  • eROSITA is designed to detect over 100,000 clusters
  • Largest reflective area with 7 identical telescopes
  • Data available at eROSITA data

Conclusions:

eROSITA has opened new parameters for X-ray astronomy with its innovative survey methods.

2:00 to 2:45 - Science Results from eROSITA

  • Cluster abundance as a cosmological probe
  • Introduction to Lagrange points and their significance in space
  • Measurement of cosmological parameters with eRASSI

3:30 to 4:15 - COSMIC REVELATION: QUEST FOR DARK ENERGY

Discussed the universe's homogeneity, isotropy, and phases based on Einstein's field equations.
